By a Special Resolution of the Company dated 10th November 2020, and by successful application to the Corporate Affairs Commission, the name of our Company has been changed from GLOBAL LIFTING SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED to GLOBAL LIFTING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED.
All our other company information including phone numbers, registered business address and contact personnel remain the same. The name change will also not affect any issued Purchase Orders, submitted invoices or contracts in the previous name; all existing documents and contractual arrangements in the name of GLOBAL LIFTING SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED remain valid and enure to the benefit of GLOBAL LIFTING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED.
